A side event on the sustainable use of agricultural biodiversityheld during the CBD COP11
Monday 15th of October 2012, lunch time.
This side event, hosted by the UNEP and FAO, presented the experiences from the projects on agricultural biodiversity that have been supported by GEF. The projects demonstrate the efforts to maintain the diversity of crops, useful trees and livestock, but also experiences on the maintenance of other ecosystem service providers such as pollinators.
