Research Activities: Julio Ugarte-Guerra has a Magister Scientiae in Forest and Forest Resources Management and a Masters in Business Administration. He recently served as national representative of the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF), based in Lima, Peru. As ICRAF Country coordinator he led the research team based in Peru and contributed to the development of ideas and operational plans that are consistent with ICRAF’s strategy and the new CGIAR Consortium, in order to produce International Public Goods.
