Jose Ochoa from Ecuador is visiting Uganda

Jose Ochoa, the Project Coordinator in Ecuador, is visiting Uganda in view of exchanging experiences between scientists of the two countries. This visit follows the one that Rose Nankya and Josephine Namaganda made in Ecuador earlier this year (June 2009).
