Yet climate change is particularly hard for traditional small farmers who live in the most affected zones and lack high-tech tools to insulate themselves against the changing climate. But today, small food producers are calling on ancestral knowledge to find ways to adapt, as well as some transnational networking to share that information. One of those efforts, an exchange between Ethiopian and Peruvian small farmers, could become a model for the future…
